6. Processing and Shipping
Order processing generally takes 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Estimated transit after dispatch is generally 7–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions; these periods are separate, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. 7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting service@jevsora.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered dispatch or transport. Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy, without limiting longer or additional rights required by law. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval, subject to any shorter applicable legal deadline. The time your payment provider takes to post the funds may be additional.
8. Appropriate Use
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its security or operation, impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, scrape or exploit content in violation of applicable law, or infringe the rights of others. We may restrict misuse where permitted by law.
